Villa Helmi
Villa Helmi is a year-round, state-of-the-art floating villa located on the border of Espoo and Helsinki in Keilalahti, close to excellent transport connections. Keilaniemi metro station is only 150 m away. Helmi is ideal for meetings, parties, conferences and the best moments of leisure. The house offers unique sea views in all directions.
Villa Marina
A wonderful, high-quality, modern and fully equipped villa on the shores of Päijänne in Padasjoki. Representing elegance and timeless interior design, Villa Marina is built on three levels and is only 5 m away from the clean Päijänne lake. The house has its own beach and a wonderful lake view.
Villa Joutseno
Villa Joutseno is a modern floating house in the heart of Saimaa Lake. Representing elegance and modern interior design, Villa Joutseno is built on two levels. The large windows and terraces offer wonderful lake views, and you can swim directly from the sauna. You can park your car right next to it and you can also reach the villa by boat.
Villa Rauha
Villa Rauha and Villa Joutseno together form a floating house in Imatra, in the heart of southern Saimaa. Representing elegance and space, Villa Rauha is built on two levels. The large windows and terraces offer wonderful lake views, and you can swim directly from the sauna. You can park your car in front of the house and boat near the house.
New Port Padasjoki
New Port Padasjoki offers a modern and safe boat berth for even the most demanding boater in a wonderful and peaceful location. The marina has 91 modern berths for boats 5-15 m long with all the needed services.
New Port Sysmä
New Port Sysmä includes two different marinas: Suopelto and Ilola. The marinas have a total of app. 100 boat berths for boats 5-15 m in length, from affordable buoy berths to modern berths equipped with walkable fingers.

Leda Matos studio is a full-service beauty salon in Espoonlahti, opposite Lippulaiva shopping center. We take care of nails, eyelashes, eyebrows, feet, hands and face with professionalism and experience. We also do waxing, lamination, massage, compression treatments, Cryo 21 treatments and Botox treatments.

Assosin Helmet Ltd.
Assosin Helmet is a Finnish multi-sector company founded in 1983, whose main fields of activity are real estate development, rental activities, operation of marinas, marketing, beauty and health services, and consulting.
During the early years Assos has delivered numerous magazine and book articles, pictures and produced several documentary and marketing films. In the years 1986-1991, Assos owned the rights to European open motorboat racing series and organized international competitions in Finland and the Nordic countries. The company has received two marketing awards from the Finnish Boating Association.
Since 1994, the company has worked closely with Europe’s leading marina builder Marinetek Ltd. As a result of the cooperation, Assosin has designed, developed and built two high-quality floating houses (Villa Helmi 2007 and Joutseno Helmi 2012) including three apartments.
Assos owns three modern leisure properties: Villa Helmi, Villa Marina and Villa Joutseno and three marinas: New Port Padasjoki, New Port Suopelto and New Port Ilola. The company rents its properties and boat berths together with its cooperation network. In autumn 2021, Assos opened the Leda Matos Beauty Studio in Espoonlahti.
