Villa Rauha is a modern floating apartment in the heart of Saimaa. Villa Rauha is located in Lammassaari, Imatra at the address: Lammassaarentie 13, 55420 Imatra. It is the left-hand apartment (A) of the semi-detached house viewed from the beach.

The large windows and terraces offer wonderful lake views, and you can swim directly from the sauna. The other similar half of the semi-detached house, Villa Joutseno, is also available for rent, so even a larger group can spend their free time enjoying the wonderful scenery.

Villa Rauha offers modern facilities in the middle of unique services. You can park your car right next to it and you can also visit it by boat. There are plenty of outdoor activities and in the Lammassaari area you can play, e.g. tennis, golf and frisbee golf. There are also two spas nearby. Myllymäki skiing center is also only 24 km away. The best is, of course, clean and beautiful Lake Saimaa with its wonderful boating routes and fishing opportunities. The villa is suitable for high-level and active leisure and recreation, as well as representation and parties.

Villa Rauha’s weekly prices with taxes vary between €695 and €1295, depending on the period. A mandatory cleaning of €115 is added to the rental prices. At the most affordable price, Villa Joutseno can be rented with final cleaning for a daily price of €115.71. It is 6 km from villa to the center of Imatra, and the car journey from Helsinki takes three hours. You couldn’t ask for more from a vacation spot.
